Yes, you can change plans instantly. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Your data and candidate pipeline remain intact during plan changes, ensuring no disruption to your hiring process.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For annual plans, you can cancel and receive a prorated refund for unused months. No cancellation fees apply.

Yes! You can add your company details, tax information, purchase order numbers, and billing addresses to your invoices. Enterprise customers can also add custom fields and branding to their invoices through their dedicated account manager.

We offer both monthly and annual billing options. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month, while annual plans are billed upfront with a 20% discount. All payments are processed securely, and you'll receive detailed invoices for your records.
